Dr. Carlos Rios is a licensed naturopathic doctor. His determination, aptitude, and attitude all align with his passion in guiding patients to their optimal health. Always looking for ways to learn and create novel, integrative approaches, he is dedicated to providing the best of his services in the health care industry.  

Dr. Rios has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California Santa Cruz and a degree in Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. 

He also holds multiple certificates in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Pain Management and Spine from The Regenerative Medicine Training Institute, Quick Start Injection Training from Kaizen Institute of Medical Education, and in Hands-on Orthobiologics Clinical Application Technique and Procedure.  

While Dr. Rios was still studying, he had discovered his passion for regenerative orthopedics. His volunteer ship at Hospice of Santa Cruz further motivated him to pursue a health care career. All through his career, he has worked with utmost dedication to reduce pain and promote improvement in his patients. Moreover, he is highly skilled in injection techniques, including perineural therapy, PRP, and prolotherapy. 

Apart from his dream of working in the medical field, Carlos has always loved playing the guitar. This hobby turned into his work as a guitar luthier for some time. Although he does not make guitars anymore, he still enjoys playing them regularly.
